This simple light alarm circuit is based on the well-known 4093 integrated circuit and can be powered by voltages from 3 to 12 V without problems. For higher voltages (over 9 V) it is advisable to use the BD136 at the output. The circuit has the operating frequency set at P1 (flashing).
