We found this circuit in a 1976 documentation. The circuit uses a double gate MOSFET. The circuit gain is close to 1, but the output impedance is very low and the input impedance is very high. This means a good power gain. Equivalent components can be used. Current consumption is 10 mA with 18 V supply.
