This circuit can be used with the CIR12642E TTL Roulette, or other game circuits that must draw something from a random number of pulses. The unijunction transistor can be 2N2646 and the bipolar transistor BC558. For CMOS technology, the circuit can be supplied with voltages up to 12 V. The capacitor C1 determines the time that the circuit oscillates after S1 is released.
