This circuit is from a 1995 Electronics Now. It generates a 1 kHz sinusoidal signal. See in the math section for electronics how to calculate the double T components for other frequencies. The power can be between 6 and 12 V and other operational can be tested. The trimpot adjusts the oscillation point and also allows you to generate damped oscillations.
