This circuit takes advantage of the LC constant of a capacitor and the coil of a relay to oscillate and thus control the blinking of a lamp. In the original, a Spanish publication from 1966 used a 24 V relay, but types from 6 to 12 V can be used and the capacitor must have its value obtained experimentally according to the desired speed for the lamp flashes. Values between 100 uF and 2 200 uF can be used.
