This simple circuit makes use of a buzzer with a 6 V oscillator, compensating for the 2 V voltage drop in the SCR for 9 V power. It was obtained in an English publication in 1976 and can be easily assembled with the SCR TIC106. Do not use a power source without a transformer to power this circuit. For R1 it is convenient to use a resistor of at least 1k.
