This circuit, found in an English publication in 1982, has an inverted sequential effect, as the LED that goes out runs. Thus, we have the impression that it is a hole that runs in the sequence of lit LEDs. The speed of the effect is adjusted in RV1 and the power can be made with voltages from 6 to 12 V.
