This FM transmitter uses an integrated circuit, not very easy to obtain UPC16451. The range is a few meters with a 15 to 40 cm antenna. The coil is formed by 4 turns of wire 28 or 26 in the form of 1 cm without core. The trimmer is not critical, and the microphone is an electret. The 15pF capacitor must be ceramic.
