In the figure we have the traditional configuration of a phase shift oscillator that produces a sinusoidal signal around 11 kHz. The transistor can be the BC549 or any equivalent. The trimpot sets the best oscillation point. The 50uF capacitor can be replaced with a 47uF capacitor. See in the math section for electronics how to calculate components for other frequencies.
