This effect for guitar was found in an English magazine from 1978. The transistors can be the most modern BC548 and the 9 V power supply, as the consumption is very low. The resistor R can be 2.2 k and the capacitor C 2.2nF, but the assembler can experiment to obtain the best values for the desired effects. The circuit is interspersed between the instrument and the amplifier input. Shielded cables must be used for input and output signals.
