This circuit is suggested by the Texas Instruments Linear Circuits Applications, based on the FET TLC272 operation, but equivalents can be used. The source must be symmetrical, and the gain depends on the feedback resistors. Vref can be obtained with a divider that applies 0 V using two 100k resistors.
