This experimental radio was obtained in an old Argentine publication. Germanium transistors are used in it, but can be experimented with silicon transistors, changing R4 and R5. The T1 transformer is obtained from an unused transistor radio consisting of the driver. The output is at least 1k impedance. For low impedance headphones or a speaker, use an output transformer. For piezoelectric phone connect a 4k7 resistor in parallel with C6. L1 consists of 100 turns of wire 28 in a ferrite rod. The 500pF and 30uF capacitors can be 470pF and 47uF.
