We found this circuit in an English publication from 1980. The transistor can be either the BC548 or the 2N2222. Capacitors must be ceramic. The output capacitor must be from 1nF to 4.7nF depending on the frequency of the signal. The trimmer sets the ideal starting point for the oscillation.
