This circuit is from a 1992 publication. The transistors can be the BC549 or BC548 and the power can be made with solar cells from 1.2 to 3.0 V. The headset must be made of crystal or a piezoelectric capsule. The circuit also works as an excellent stage of solar amplification for a galena radio. Circuit consumption is extremely low.
