The operational amplifier used in this application is not the most common today. The circuit is from a French publication from the 90s. The accuracy will depend on the resistors of the resistive network and the input impedance is 100 M ohms. The indicator is 1 mA analog, and the lowest current range of a common analog multimeter can be used.
