With this circuit it is possible to produce RF signals up to a few tens of megahertz using TTL logic. The circuit can be controlled by a microcontroller (pin 1 of the IC) functioning as a shield emitter. The frequency depends on the tuned circuit. The signal is rich in harmonics given the rectangular shape of the TTL signal.
