This circuit aims to recover batteries that are no longer fully charged due to the memory effect. We set P1 to have a voltage of 4 V at the cursor. P2 is set to 0.6 V which corresponds to the cells (3) completely discharged. Upon complete discharge, the relay docks. The circuit is from 1993 documentation.
