This circuit produces the sounds of the two types of siren switched by S3. The circuit is from 1985 documentation including the amplifier, but as indicated, an external amplifier can also be used. The power supply is 6 V, but for higher voltages and higher power, replace the Q4 with a BD136 heatsink. In this case the voltage can go up to 12 V.
