We found this circuit in an old documentation from the 80's. The integrated circuit used is an "array" of 4 matched transistors. The circuit can be designed with discrete transistors. The accuracy of the circuit will depend on the accuracy of the input resistors and instead of the original indicator instrument, the microamp scale of a common analog multimeter can be used.
