This circuit is from the documentation of Radio Shack 1975. It can be mounted with 12 V relays, changing the supply voltage, and as a sensor, any phototransistor can be used. The circuit trips when the sensor stops receiving light. Resistor R1 can be changed to modify the sensitivity of the circuit.
