This circuit makes a very fast switch when receiving an input signal. The FET can be BF245 and the bipolar transistor 2N2222. The circuit is from an old publication from 1970. This circuit can be used to increase the speed of actuation of sensors. The input signal is a voltage of at least 2 V.
