We found this circuit in an English publication from 1982. The power MOSFET can be of any type and the 12 V relay. A bipolar can also be used to trigger the relay with a 1k resistor at the base. The sensor is a 10k to 50k NTC. RPS1 must have the same value as the NTC at the temperature close to the trigger.
