This very common high resistance input voltmeter configuration was obtained in a 1993 documentation. The FET can be the BF245. RV1 adjusts the full scale and RV2 the null point. The voltmeter has three scales with an input resistance of 10M-ohm. The circuit can also be powered by a 9 V battery.
