This circuit is from an American magazine Popular Electronics of March 1991. The circuit produces both rectangular and sinusoidal signals up to 10 MHz, depending on the crystal used. A BC548 transistor can also be used in place of the original. The capacitors adjust the point of oscillation and the waveform of the sinusoidal signal. The supply must be made with a voltage of 5 V.
