We can implement this circuit from a 1994 publication using BC548 and BC558 transistors. The circuit can also be powered by 12 V and the frequency can be changed by changing C1 and C2. The stabilization of the sine waveform is given by the LED. R7 controls the amplitude of the signal while R6 controls the gain to obtain the point of oscillation. The amplitude of the output signal reaches a maximum of 5 V.
