This VCO or Voltage Controlled Oscillator uses common components. TR1 can be a BF245 and TR2 a BC558. The circuit generates signals that basically depend on C2 and C3 and the adjustment of the trimpots that are in series with these components. The circuit was obtained in an English publication from 1976.
