This circuit was obtained in a 1990 English magazine. The circuit can be assembled with equivalent power MOSFETs. The transistors of the PNP differential input pair may be BC557 and the NPN pair BC547. BD136 (PNP) can be used to excite MOSFETs. The source must be symmetrical, and the power is a few tens of watts.
