Mini-Circuits PMA1-14LN+ Low Noise Amplifier is a pHEMT-based low noise MMIC amplifier with high IP3 and flat gain. This amplifier operates from 0.05GHz to 10GHz wideband amplifier range with a single +6V supply voltage and 1.18W total power dissipation. The PMA1-14LN+ amplifier features a high dynamic range with a typical 1.1dB noise figure, 22dB gain, +21.5dBm high P1dB, and +28.8dBm high OIP3. The PMA1-14LN+ amplifier comes in a very small, low profile 1.5mm x 1.5mm QFN-style package for easy integration into dense circuit board layouts. This amplifier is ideal for 5G MIMO and backhaul radio, satellite communication, radar, EW, and ECM defense systems.
