Kingbright APG015 SMD Chip LED Lamps are made with AlGaInP on a GaAs substrate light emitting diode and are available in 0.45mm x 0.25mm x 0.2mm dimensions. These SMD LED lamps feature a wide viewing angle and low power consumption. The APG015 LED lamps are compatible with automatic placement equipment. These LED lamps operate at 24mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, 10mA DC forward current, 40mA peak forward current, and 3000V electrostatic discharge threshold (HBM). The APG015 LED lamps comply with RoHS and are halogen-free with a Moisture Level Sensitivity 2 (MSL). It is recommended to use a wristband or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs, as electrostatic discharge and power surges could damage them. Typical applications include backlight, status indicator, home and smart appliances, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare devices.
