This circuit can generate rectangular and triangular signals from a single 5 V power supply. This circuit is suggested by Texas Instruments, based on the LinMOS TLC272 integrated circuit, but equivalents can be experimented with virtually no component value change.
In figure 1 we have the oscillator that uses two operational amplifiers of the TLC272 integrated circuit.

The frequency of the generated signal depends basically on C and the resistors according to the formula given in the diagram. For the purpose of frequency changes it is recommended to keep the values of the original resistors in the diagram and only recalculate C.
The maximum frequency that this circuit can generate is around 1 MHz, but faster amplifiers can be used if the player wants a higher value. In figure 2 we have a suggestion of printed circuit board for implementation of the oscillator.
