National Semiconductor suggests the circuit in the figure, which uses two LM101 operational amplifiers. The output waveform is triangular, adjusted in shape by trimpot P1. The 150k ohm trimpot P2 adjusts the oscillator frequency, which also depends on capacitor C1. The maximum operating frequency of this circuit is around 1MHz, and the power supply must be symmetrical.
