This VCO works in the opposite way to the previous circuit, converting direct voltages into frequencies. In this circuit, the two zener diodes, which must be equal, fix the operating point of the voltage comparator. The main disadvantage of this circuit is the inability of the zener diodes to operate with voltages lower than 1 V.
