This circuit generates a pulsed tone whose frequency depends on C2 and whose flashing depends on C1. The power transistor can be the BD136 for higher voltages and must be equipped with a heat sink. The circuit is from American documentation from the 90s. The circuit can be used as a shield triggered by pin 1.
