This is an old circuit, using operating equipment of the time, modern operational amplifiers can be tried out. The power supply in the original is symmetrical at 20 V, but lower voltages can be used according to the operational amplifiers used. R1 and R2 determine the frequency of the generated signal, and these components can be variable.
