The circuit shown must be supplied with voltages of 4.5 to 5 V and generates signals up to a frequency of about 200 kHz. In the figure we have a graph that relates the capacitor values with the frequency for a fixed resistor. Higher frequencies can be obtained with TTLs from faster subfamilies.
