This circuit is indicated for the generation of signals in the 40 meters range. The circuit was obtained in a documentation for radio amateurs from 1977. The FET can be BF245 or MPF102. The circuit can be used as the basis for a transmitter for the 3.5 MHz band or 80 meters of radio amateurs.
