This oscillator generates quadrature signals, that is, with a 90-degree lag. The frequency is given by R2, R3, C2 and C3 which can be changed at will according to the frequency you want. The integrated circuits are operational amplifiers of type 741 and the power supply must be symmetrical. Small tolerance resistors are needed only if precision in the frequency of the generated signal is desired. For the component values used, the frequency of the generated signal is 1 kHz. Remember that the 741 operational do not go beyond a few hundred kilohertz on a circuit of this type.
