This circuit is from an Argentine publication from the 1970s but can still be assembled with current equivalent transistors. For Q1 and Q2 we can use BC558, for Q3 a BD135 and for Q4 a TIP42. The coil is of the car ignition type and the power is supplied with a 6 V source or battery. The current is of the order of 2 A. Note that the circuit uses an external earth connection. Never supply this circuit with a source without a transformer.
