Found in a 1978 publication, this circuit uses germanium transistors and drives a small 20 to 50 mA lamp. We can implement this circuit with BC558 transistors and supply an LED in series with a resistor from 100 to 470 ohms. The frequency of the circuit pulsations depends on the values and the relationships between the electrolytic capacitors. Current standard values can be used.
