The sensitive relay reed trigger transistors can be the BC548 and the diode can be the 1N4148. The circuit works with voltages from 5 to 12 V depending on the relay. The 100k trimpot makes the sensitivity adjustment. The circuit works with some input microamps and the maximum current of the relay reed is 50 mA.
