This strobe light circuit with incandescent lamp was found in a 1978 publication. We can mount it with the SCR TIC106 and instead of the 25k potentiometer use a 47k potentiometer. The SCR must be equipped with a heat radiator and the circuit also works on the 110 V network. Do not use lamps that are not incandescent.
