This circuit is from a Modern Electronics from April 1990. The circuit can be assembled with BC558 transistors. Transformers have at least 200 mA of secondary current. What this circuit does is it activates a relay when one of the phases that feeds a motor is missing. The pins of the LM339 comparators are not shown in the diagram. Be sure to include the power pins for this component.
