This circuit was obtained in a Portuguese publication in 1979 but can be easily assembled today by the components it uses. The unijunction transistor can be 2N2646 and the roulette draws numbers from 1 to 10. For more numbers, you can cascade the 7441. The supply must be made with a 5V source since the circuit is TTL.
