This circuit was found in an old publication from the 1970s. Despite using germanium transistors, it can be mounted with a BC559, changing the resistor from 15k to 22k or eventually 27k. The transistor can also be the BC549 with the inversion of the supply polarity. The 2uF capacitor can be 2.2uF.
