The circuit is from a 1978 publication and the transistor may be the BC558. The transformer is output obtained from old transistor radios. The note is given by the capacitors, so there is no tuning. You can change the circuit so that the adjustment is made by independent trimpots on each of the keys. The power can be done by batteries or source.
