Any power MOSFET that supports the current of the controlled stepper motor can be used on this circuit. The basic 12 V motor for this configuration is 500 mA. The motor may have a voltage different from the CMOS logic control. The circuit generates the signals for the motor to rotate at a speed determined by the clock. MOSFETs must be equipped with heat radiators if the motor current is greater than 500 mA.
