This timer with integrated circuit 555 was found in a 1977 publication. The transducer is a piezoelectric capsule, and the supply is made with a voltage of 5 V. The times are selected by a switch, but a potentiometer can be used in the total value of the time-graded resistors. The accuracy of the times depends on the accuracy of the resistors and the 220uF capacitor.
