This circuit was obtained in a 1982 magazine. In it we have the way to connect two integrated circuits 4017 to obtain the frequency division by 17. The input signal must be rectangular, and the maximum frequency is no more than a few megahertz. The supply voltage can be between 5 and 15 V.
