This circuit activates a relay, lighting a lamp when the sensor receives light. The sensor is a large high voltage LDR that can operate directly with 110 V, triggering a 3mA x 10k relay for high voltage. The rectifier can be 1N4004 and the transformer has 10 to 20 mA of secondary current, or more. R1 is 5.6 ohms x 1 W and R3 is 10k x 5 W. The pot is 22k wire.
