We found this touch switch in a Popular Electronics from the 80's. The circuit can also be assembled by changing the transistors for equivalents. For Q1 we can use BF245, for Q2 and Q3 BC548 and for Q4 BD135. In place of the lamp we can operate a relay or a load up to 500 mA. The circuit must not be powered by a source without a transformer.
